Apache: no space left on device

First check if you hard drives are not full. If not, then the system semaphores are not released by apache.

Do this:

# ipcs | grep www | awk '{print $2}' > sem.txt
# for i in `cat sem.txt`; do { ipcrm -s $i; }; done;

And start Apache!
